ABOUT VIVIAN
Vivian Valls is a Miami born-and-raised vocalist, songwriter, and voice coach. As a recent Berklee College of Music graduate, she is bringing her talents back to the 305.
Influenced by the likes of Amy Winehouse and Beyoncé, her performance style can be described as vibrant and soulful. Alongside her bandmates, she indulges audiences with live performances of pop, R&B, rock, reggae, and jazz music.
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Vivian is also a voice and music teacher. She teaches one-on-one privately, allowing a personalized dedicated structure to each student individually.
MUSICAL JOURNEY
Vivian is a first-generation American, blossoming from a family of Cuban singers and performers. Throughout her teens, she competed locally and nationally, in televised and non-televised competitions. Early in life, she learned to work with cameras and stages of all sizes.
At 14 years old, she placed third on El Factor X US with Spanish-Mexican popstar, Belinda as her coach. In 2016 and 2017, she was awarded Honorable Mention and selected as a Finalist in the Popular Voice category by the National Young Arts Foundation.
In 2021, she graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.
While at Berklee, she performed in various gospel, jazz, and pop ensembles, one of them being the Rihanna Ensemble-- directed by critically acclaimed saxophonist, Tia Fuller. From 2019 to 2023, she was the lead female vocalist of one of New England's most elite private event ensembles, playing over 200+ private events and concerts.
Now residing in Miami, Vivian is pursuing her career as an artist and vocal coach.
